Rakesh, as a Core Founder, spearheads the holistic management and performance of our group companies. He prioritizes talent nurturing, strategizing, and cultivating a values-driven ethos to actualize our corporate vision.
In the past, Rakesh worked in various sales and marketing functions at IDEX Corp, USA operations in Asia & ME from 2002 to 2012.
Rakesh holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from IIT Kanpur and an Executive Diploma in General Management from IIM Ahmedabad. He enjoys reading and morning walks.
Founding member, Mintesh has taken on multiple roles and responsibilities in the company since 2012. Presently, she leads application engineering, accounting, compliance, and finance functions. She fosters a culture of learning and self-development and was instrumental in transitioning the company to ERP software in 2022.
In the past, Mintesh founded Siyavar Elan Ensemble, a manufacturer of premium designer ethnic wear.
Mintesh received a bachelor’s degree in Accounts from Rajasthan University and a Diploma in EECEd (Early Childhood Care and Education). She has exceptional talents in arts, specifically interior décor. She enjoys dancing and swimming.
Founding member, Umesh has taken on multiple roles and responsibilities in the company since 2012. Presently, he leads sales and marketing functions. Umesh works with the team to develop high-quality relationships with stakeholders at key customers.
Earlier, Umesh worked in increasing responsibilities in Sales at Rittal India Pvt Ltd (a leading German global manufacturer of control panels) and Videojet Industries (a unit of Danaher Corp, USA) in TTO technologies (thermal printing for flexible packaging).
Umesh received a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur, and an MBA from Welingkar Institute, Mumbai. He enjoys traveling and watching South Indian movies.
Co-founder of Abodex Process Systems Pvt Ltd, Viren leads design, engineering, and operations functions. In a short time, he has built the team and processes for in-house operations (assembly, testing, service, quality, and project management) to drive accelerated growth.
Prior to Abodex, Viren worked in engineering, project management, and sales responsibilities at Blackmer (a unit of Dover Corp, USA), IDEX India, VK Pumps, and Dalal consultants. Viren has been working in the fluid technologies businesses since 1998.
Viren received a diploma in Chemical Engineering from BIT Mumbai. He is a visiting faculty member at Suvidhya Institute of Technology, Mumbai. In his spare time, Viren loves watching performance art in the theater and traveling with his family to new destinations.
